I am 5'2 and I weigh a little under 110!.!.!. am I fat,skinny ,average,normal!?!?

According to my sources you have a small/petite frame!. and are of a normal healthy weight for your height!. You can calculate your BMI using the second source below to see for yourself how heallthy your weight is!. The first source is a height and weight chart!.
