A transient ischemic attack (TIA) can be considered an acute episode of temporary neurologic dysfunction caused by a vascular occlusion!.

Calcium channel blocker - to control BP, or Nimodipine which efficiently dilates the blood vessels in the brain!. It is included in the tretament!.

Antihypertensive - to control hypertension
