Mass in the left-lower quadrant?!

Question:

Mass in the left-lower quadrant?

I have a mass in my lower left Quadrant ,it must have been here for awhile as ,I can't sleep on my right side without it aching me at night and it's been at least 6 months I felt this. Could this be feces, or a tumor?

Yes,I am having a CT scan does Tuesday, I just wanted to know if anyone else had the same problem or had any info on what it could be .
