Need Helpppppppp I am so worried?!

Ok so I went to my dr!. a week ago for a followup, he says my blood pressure is lower than the norm, I lost 3 pounds in a month,FYI I am 5`3 and 120 so how does he REALLY know my norm when he has seen me less than 6 times!? anyways he put me on tenormin blood pressure med!. 25 mg lowest dosage once a day!.I used to take it 5 years ago then went off of it for 5 years for heart palps/racing heartbeat,To make a long story short i had been feeling a lil dizzy lightheaded!.Ok so I go off this med for a week and feel like more crappy than before! Still lightheaded,hotflashes, extreme heart racing and palps, migrane headache for hours yesterday,also more imfo i am almost 13 days late for my period, NO I`m not prego, had a test in the office a big negative!. so I put myself back on the tenormin!.!. then I called my dr!.office and told them i did this!.Haven`t heard back yet!.Could this be heart related!?I had an echocardiogram done a lil over 13 years ago nothing showed, normal!.!. they want me to have another even though they think nothing is wrong,I hate doctors! and honestly don`t want to go in for a echo,some days I feel energetic, other days blahhhhh,some days I feel as if I`m dying, I also have anxiety panic disorder for 17 years and been on xanax for that which doesn`t help matters,Has anyone felt the symptoms i do!? I feel alone here and like I am going out of my mind for real!Www@Answer-Health@Com
