How do i get rid of this rash?
I have a job where I sit down alot-I type, and where your crack starts from your back I have this rash. it's kinda painful to sit down on it-I was wondering what it could be from, and how to get rid of it.

Soap and water is the scource.
You are not rinsing well enough and you may not be getting completley dry after your shower.
If you are showering, which I assume you are.
If you are not showering, then shower.
what the rash probably is, is a yeast infection.
Yeast loves moisture.
People who suffer from being overweight tend to get yeast infections in their cracks and crannies, but anyone can get them.
Most people get rid of the skin infection by treating it with a athletes foot cream or jock itch treatment.
Ask your pharmacist where the yeast infection creams are and buy it before it gets worse.
The infection is usually gone within a couple of days but if you don't keep using the meds then it will come back so read the directions and use it for the right amount of time. A week is usually good.
Then be sure to rinse the soap really well and dry , dry , dry your crack.
