Well, I have looked up images online or "Caker Sores, Fever Blisters, and cold sores. They all look exactly the same. How does somebody know, which one they actually have? Since it stated they can all appear outside or inside the mouth.

Generally speaking, it is all the same stuff: herpes simplex type 1 virus, or HSV I. Not such a big deal. Kiss enough boys and you will get it.
