Any clue on what this is?!

Question:

Any clue on what this is?

Well, My bf apparently had what his mom called fever blisters on his lip. He told me that she said if they turned into red sores or if his lips hurt, he couldnt kiss me cause i would get them. But if neither of these occured. I was fine. Well So we kissed, and today I come home and notice these things.

{1.} What appeared to be 2 tiny red dots at the bottom, under my tongue. I sometimes get red bumps under that labeled as saliva ducts, or something like that, I have had one there for a while now, so im not sure if those are part of that or not.
{2.} Umm I cant tell if its just veins or bumps on my lips in the corners of my mouth. It looks like veins but its kinda hard for me to look in the mirror at them, so im not entirely sure.
{3.} A white bumpish thing on the inside of my mouth, on my cheek region.

I wont be kissing him anytime soon, but do you think these could just be things like the saliva duct thingies, veins, and canker sores? OR did I get herpes Virus 1 from kissing?

Answers:

You can catch cold sores from kissing. If he has one, stay away. They generally start out as a tingling, itchy tiny bump on or around your lip, and will blow up into a full cold sore within a few hours. If you feel one coming on, use Abreva on it right away so it doesn't get worse.
