Question:
I cant breath ???
In the middle of night I wake up because of breathing problem .specially when I sleep on my back is worse ,but last night I coulnt even sleep in my left side .The first night that I had this problem was after my surjery giving birth to my child but i got after a while ,I have problem in breathing when Im running too I can not run fast more than 2 or 3 minute .I feel pain in my chest after running fast.

Obviously if you are having chest pain, cardiac involvement must be ruled out, and you must see a physician to do this. You might consider not running or exercising vigorously until cardiac problems are ruled out. If this shortness of breath (SOB) and chest pain (angina) are not cardiac in origin, they may be:

3. GERD, or gastroesophageal reflux disease. You do not have to have indigestion or heartburn to have GERD. GERD can manifest itself as SOB and angina.
Please discuss hypothyroidism with your physician; pregnancy can sometimes cause transient hypothyroidism.
