First, ice it just like you would anything else that was swollen. Later on when the swelling goes down, put warm, moist packs on it to get it to open itself up and drain faster. Also, there are a few products made to quickly get rid of pimples (within 24 hours), I know Clean and Clear makes one.
That said, if it is larger than other ones you've had and doesn't seem to look/feel quite like a normal pimple, especially with you saying it makes your whole face hurt, if it doesn't go away on its own or become less swollen in about two days, you should see a doctor- it could be a staph infection, which you would need antibiotics for.
