Help my lower legs are black and blue and upper leegs are red rashy help me!?!

i have supper sensitive skin that i cant use sented things or i get rashy well i had no more non scented soap and i used some sented soap i came otu all dry and my upper legs are rashy and my lower legs under my knee are dark blue and black, my dad has a disease where he cant walk or talk and he asleep and my mom is out of town, what do i do my legs hurt and burn bad!Www@Answer-Health@Com
