How high is normal for your blood pressure to rise after activity?!

Question:

How high is normal for your blood pressure to rise after activity?

My blood pressure seems to be normal when waking or resting (about 117 over 85 and arund there ) but even after minor activity- taking a shower, walking up stairs, anything- it rises to 125 over 100, or 127 over 101. All i did was put some groceries away and it was 117 over 97 afterwards. My resting heartrate is usually around 85. I've had heart tests but I still feel like this is too high.

Please no smartasses, cause I am a hypochodriac, and what is a joke to you will set me into a panic.

Oh, to add to it, I'm pretty sedintary and don't exercise because I'm disabled and unable to really "exercise" at a Gym or anything.

Answers:

Regular exercise 3-5 times every week will lower your BP some, and your heart rate definitely. Resting HR should be 70's or lower.

During exercise the low value should drop, and the high one rise.

Sounds like you need use some exercise every week.

Depending how you are disabled, there may be no exercise you can do. But there are arm and shoulder exercises that can be done for extended periods as you get stronger, depending on your situation.

Try to be calm, even that is better for you/us
