Any ideas on what this could be?!

Question:

Any ideas on what this could be?

PLEASE don't just scribble "go to a doc" I'm well aware this site is not a diagnosis, I am just looking for IDEAS that I can mention to a doc. thanks :)

Some friends have suggested Chronic Fatigue, others Bi-polar, someone here suggested Hypoglycemia (I already know I have that, but this is more then that).

I am tired 24/7
By afternoon I have headaches & am easily aggitated
I am not able to conentrate, focus & have poor memory.
I tend to get heart palptations off/on.
I ache all over alot of the time, epsecially after relatively mild/moderate exertion (and I'm really miserable after a 5 mile walk/bike ride with the dogs)
I have severe panic attacks
In the mornings I am somewhat hyper ready to get the day going, by noon or afternoon I just want to crawl into a hole.
I also have insomnia.
I tend to get sick after I eat dinner (racing pulse, dizziness, nausea)

lol...ok ok I know I'm a mess rofl. But any ideas? Just looking for ideas, not a diagnosis! Thanks :)

Blue - I am 31 yr old F, VERY low blood pressure 90/60. I eat protein bars for breakfast lunch (losing weight) and I have salads & soy patties for dinner but it doesn't matter WHAT I eat for dinner, even a piece of bread will make me sick. Oh & thanks for compliment on doggie lol.

I agree it could be thyroid, as I know the symptoms but I have been tested & tested & every doc says I'm within normal levels. I don't buy it but I can't get any doc to listen.

Answers:

It could be any of several things or a combination. For instance, Bipolar Disorder, Chronic Fatigue Syndrom (CFS), depression, Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), ADD/ADHD, Myopathy, etc. I am only guessing but Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) may be one part of the problem.

I have/have had all of the same symptoms you mention. See my profile for the diseases and disorders I have. I will be living/dealing with them for the remainder of my life.

Try the link below. There you can check out any condition that I or anyone else suggests. When you get there just type or past the conditon name into the search box or click on "Health Topics" and select the condition from an alphabetical listing.

Sincerely,
Terry
