Yeast Infection or Warts?!

Question:

Yeast Infection or Warts?

so couple days ago it started itching down there. it hurt a little to pee and i thought i had a UTI..turn out i don't. It does look a little strange down there..not exactly anything i would call warts i dont know if its just irritated skin. anyways it still itches and burns a little not much discharge. I am sexually active but have had sex with only 3 people one of which is my current boyfriend of 6 months. so i am afraid that it might be HPV with warts..but not sure..any help?

Answers:

Symptoms of Vaginal yeast infection: The main symptom is itching, but you may have a white, thick discharge that resembles cottage cheese.
Many types of HPV have no symptoms, though some cause visible genital warts that may be found in the vagina or urethra or on the cervix, vulva, penis, or anus. Rarely, they are found in the mouth or throat. Warts are often flesh-colored, soft to the touch, and may look like miniature cauliflower florets. They usually grow in more than one area and are often painless, although they may itch.
Please take a sample of a cervical or vaginal discharge for laboratory analysis and get it tested.
