Any ideas on what my problem is?

I'm a 22 year old male. I've been seeing blood on my toilet paper when i wipe recently. Every now & then I'll have blood actually in the toilet water. My bowel movements aren't quite as strong or as normal as they used to be. How worried should I be about this and what might it be?

Well, if you have been constipated, or if your stools have been bigger/harder than usual, seeing some blood can be normal if you are stretching or tearing while trying to have a bowel movement. But, blood in your stool can also be a sign of more serious things, ulcers, polyps,irritated intestinal tract. I would say if you are concerned enough to question it, then you should make an appointment to see your Dr. Good Luck!
