I am sorry to hear of this!.
I too had a life-threatening eating disorder and one of my best friends still struggles with bulimia!.I was in the hospital A LOT, had to eat all of my food through a nasogastric tube, and am blind in one eye because my body got so malnurished that I lost muscle tissue throughout!.
The person with the eating disorder does not believe at all that they have a problem!. Trust me on this!. You have to take the first steps here!. It actually says something that her own family is on antidepressants!. That fact just lends more weight to the issue at hand!.
Sometimes we have to make difficult choices!. The right decisions are usually the hardest!. Your friend will fight you and you may even lose her as a friend!. She MUST get treatment!. If she can get through this and look back at what you did for her, hopefully she can realize that what you did for her was right!.
I wish you all the best!. DO NOT avoid it!. It will NOT go away on its own!. She has to get help to get better!. I am sure that you'd much rather her be upset with you than to not have her at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is only one thing to do in this case, have her committed to a mental health center for observation!. The cops or her parents can do this, for you can just tell them of her situation,

If you are a real friend (not the kind Brittney Spears has) then you would help and go the extra mile, some times a person does not see the real issue till pointed out on the floor, and I would rather have her in the hospital then in a morgue, waiting for my father (a funeral Director) to come for her!

Take her to A Buffet- she can't resist all of the really good food or give her some Nice BIG Chocolaty Cake!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I guess you could try contacting the dance school or wherever she dances and see if the teacher would listen to you/see about getting her some help!? The other dancers aren't going to be much help, from personal experience lots of them probably have similar issues!.

If she is underage maybe the school counselor at her school!? If you're younger also you may want to see if your parents could do this for you just so it seems more 'official'/serious, etc!? They may be able to contact her parents and impress upon them the seriousness of getting her treatment!?
I am not sure what else to do if her family isn't helping and she isn't listening!? Maybe you or your parents could speak with her family!?

Also here is a list of hotlines, eating disorder organizations etc!.

You can probably get some help from them on local docs/therapists and stuff like that and give her the information!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
