Sleeping problems?!

Question:

Sleeping problems?

I wake up repeatedly during the night (at least 2 or 3 times) usually just to look at the clock then fall back asleep quickly. I usually sleep about 9 to 10 hours total, and I'm 19 years old.
I sometimes take a sleeping aid to help me sleep, but I always wake up during the night. This has been happening for the past two years or so.
I've been thinking about going to the doctors to see if I should/could use Ambien CR. Does anyone use this and does it work? Or does anyone have any other suggestions for sleep aids. Right now I've been using something that I think is called "Nighttime Sleep Aid" (I don't have the box anymore, just the little things the pills come in and that's what it says on the back).

Answers:

If you take sleep aids for long you wont
be able to sleep without them.
Try not to drink any caffiene after lunch time.
I can't sleep if I do.
I try to drink a glass of milk and eat a banna before bed.
They have something in them that when it mixes it makes
you sleepy. I hope you try it.
