If there on your face you can buy blackhead strips or nose strips (since blackheads are mostly on noses) and they work pretty good!.
also face cleansers with grains in them or fine sand- The sand is rough (but not to rough) so it gently scratches your skin to remove dead skin and dirt and grime, such as blackheads!.

**Also when you buy the cleanser make sure it has Salicylic Acid in it, which breaks down blackheads and whiteheads and prevents clogging!. it also helps other skin problems like calluses, and warts and stuff! -I think It cleanses my skin pretty good!Www@Answer-Health@Com
