Round raised lesion on canines testicle. Plz help identify.?
My dog was lying down on his back when i noticed this round raised scar on his testicle. There are Pics of it in the links Below.
This is a Male dog that has not been neutered and is 6 years of age.
CAN ANYONE *PLZ* TELL ME WHAT IT IS. WHETHER ITS WORMS OR CANCER? ive been searching the internet and have found nothing. And calling a vet at the moment is out of the question. Thank you.

It could be a tick, see if there is an opening anywhere on it. Ticks fill up with blood and bury into the skin. This sounds weird but if it is burn a match then blow it out and move it very close to the tick, if it is one they try to back out of the dog then you can carefully remove it with a tweezers.
