Is a brain freeze bad for you?
Well there must be something bad about a brain freeze... Well atleast thats what im guessing. So if you know any side effects or whatever post it.

No, there is nothing bad about brain freeze. Brain freeze will last a span of only 15 minutes max, and if it lasts any longer, you may be allergic to whatever caused the brain freeze, or if you have a condition, such as epilepsy, you may have brain damage and not even realize it.
if you are having symptoms of severe brain freeze for any longer than 30 minutes i suggest you see your doctor or the nearest Neurologist. which ever is closer.
