Cystic Fibrosis Infant Screening?
Does California perform routine CF infant screening upon birth and if so, since when have they done it? I am trying to find out if my son (born 7/21/06) would have had this test done along with all the other infant screenings (i.e. PKU, etc) when he was born. Of course, I could ask his pediatrician but, thought maybe someone here could answer this before I see the doctor in a month.

Not yet. It is required but not yet implented. Check the website.
BTW, New York does do CF screening.
