i dont know about pimple on your ears, but im sure it is possible!. as for in your mouth, that could very easily be herpes, or kanker sores!. herpes in your mouth can be spread non-sexually!. and as for on your genitals, that could be herpes, or an ingrown hair, or it could be a pimple!. i had a pimple on my penis once and it hurt a lot!. dont pop it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, there are many things that look like pimples, i have karatosis on my arm, and its very similar!. But you probably have pimples =) it is normal to get it there!. Anyway dirt can go, a pimple can go,Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can get them anywhere you have hair!. It's just like irritated hair follicles!. Most times when it's not clean, bacteria builds up, and can cause acne!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
