Question: What's the most reasonably priced Blood Glucose Meter to test for low blood sugar!?
What's the best/accurate & most reasonably priced Blood Glucose Meter to test for low blood sugar!. I'm really low on money at the moment but need to test regularly!. I don't have Diabetes-I think it's from Liver damage!.

Ask your pharmacist!.
ALSO ask him how much the test strips cost!. These vary from about $0!.50 EACH to almost $1!.50 EACH - and you usually buy them in boxes of either 50 or 100!.
The TEST STRIPS will be your biggest expense!. So you might want to choose a meter that has the lowest-cost strips, even if the meter is slightly more expensive -- you only buy the meter ONCE!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I saw on TV that Freestyle was giving them away free!. Call them!. It's the strips that get expensive!.
Sometimes County hospitals will give them away free!. County hospitals have programs for people with no insurance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can get a one touch ultra for about $20!. The strips are expensive but you can buy them on ebay for a lot less!. good luck!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Tell your pharmacist and your doctor!. If insurance won't cover it, then they have free ones laying around!. You'll have to buy the strips though!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
