I was recently diagnosed with PCOS!. My doctor told me if I lose 10- 15 lbs I could regulate my menstrual cyce and hormone imbalance!. Please help me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Polycystic ovarian disease is not necessarily associated with being overweight but irregular periods can be!. You need to have your physician clarify what he has told you!. Ask for a referral to a specialist - a gynecologist!. You deserve a better answer than what you were given!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
