How do i stop the craving!!!!! im giving up smoking today. any ideas to take my mind off it????
Answers:
To be sucessful you need to change your habits. Keep v. busy for the first 3/4 days. Clean house, go for a walk, take the dog out, clean house, scrub the carpets. Change the place you sit to drink your tea/coffee/beer. Go to the pub!! Once the drugs are out of your system (3/4 days), it will be the habit your are breaking as much as anything else. If you must snack, try non fattening fruit, or chew gum.
