Recurring acne problem... solutions?!

Question:

Recurring acne problem... solutions?

Since I was 15, I suffered from mild to severe acne. I took numerous tablets, lotions and ointments for my acne till the age of 26. However, I am getting more spots on my face at the age of 27. They are very red in apperance, and resemble boils. I have tried appliying off the shelf tea tree oil ointment to them but it is making no difference. Should I go and see my doctor to see if I can get a prescription, as my job involves meeting quite a lot of important people everyday. I don't need this. I am begiining to get quite preoccupied with this acne.

Answers:

There are many acne sites on the Internet and what I have grasped from them is that there are many companies that make money by selling solutions that do not work.

Rather than waste your money, it seems that visiting your physician is the answer. These sites state that prescription medications are effective.

Acne has several different forms. Acne can be tiny pimples or it can be large cysts.
