fluorescent lights tend to aggravate skin problem for some people. as does indoor heating and air conditioning. But being outdoors (if you live in the city..or near an industrial place) can be just as worse. all the air pollution, dirt and oils do not cause acne, but too much dust and whatever it the air can irritate your skin. if its too cold and windy (it won;t give you pimples) but it can make them redder or more irritated.
