Dry skin under my eyes...?

I am 35 years old....I have nice skin...I dont smoke....For the last couple months the skin under my eyes have been very dry, which I have also noticed wrinkles with it!
I have very sensitive skin as it is...I cannot use anything on my skin that contains alcohol. I have been using Curel lotion for about 1o years now...its the only lotion that my skin is ok with.
Does anyone else have this same problem?
I hate it...it makes me look tired all pf the time besides the fact that it makes me look older!

I'm 26 and especially lately I have been getting dry and itchy skin under and above my eyes (eyelids area). I think its especially bad lately because of allergies (I developed them about a year or two ago), and some days its worse than others.

I cant dispute anyone who tells you to drink more water...it certainly couldnt hurt. But I also dont think drinking water alone can cure your problem.

Something I use that works great is Aquaphor Healing Ointment, made by Eucerin. Eucerin products in general are good for sensitive skin (I have that problem too), and this product doesnt disappoint in that regard. The product is an advanced therapy for dry, cracked, or irritated skin (I read that from the bottle to make sure I got it right!). Its non-irritating and fragrance free. The downside is its a bit greasy and can be shiny if you apply a lot. So if you're going out I'd just apply a little or use your regular moisturizer. At night or if you're just hanging out at home you can put more on. It should clear up or at least feel and look significantly better after a few days. If it continues to be a problem you may consider seeing a dermatologist because they can tell you more specifically what is going on and may be able to prescribe something to help it. Good luck!
