Is (or was) this a Bone spur?!

I had what I thought was a bone spur on my wrist!.!.!.about a month ago my wrist was feeling sore after i worked out and I noticed a hard lump on it!.!.!.!.I thought it was a bone spur until yesterday!.!.!.I was squeezing really hard when all of a sudden I had a jolt almost like electricity go through my wrist!.!.!.I screamed because it was so intense!. THen, it went away!. Latter that night, I noticed that the hard lump was now a soft lump and quite a bit smaller!. Today it is still soft and smaller!. It is still sore when I press on it!.
Anyone have an idea of what it was!?
