Please help. Ive been caughing for about 4 weeks now.?

Ok as it says in the title ive been caughing for a long time. Everytime i do, yellow and sometimes yellowy dirt filled mucus comes up. Is this allergys?

I do not smoke. I sleep under my window at night, i usualy only caugh in the morning as soon as a wake up.

I think it is allergies. Sleeping under an open window lets pollen in which could be a big part of your problem. Try sleeping with the window shut and the ac on or get a fan. Use some saline spray for your nose in the mean time. Good Luck.
