Why my shirt is stained with white substances wen i sweat?
u know when people sweat, their shirts get wet
but in my case, it does not only sweat but also leave
something like white dust (guess it is salt)
i didnt get this last time but today, i do..
i don't know why i get this and i'm worried whether
there is something wrong with my body...

what i meant today is few weeks or a month
and it is always on my back
the back of my shirt
today i got a big white curved "line"
on my back after sweating a lot
it's weird! i think its too much..

Lower your salt intake and drink more water. If it doesn't stop in 2 weeks, ask a doctor.
