a few months ago while im asleep..there was a cocroach that went into my ear..i had to go to the doctor to get it out cause it hurts..my ear was normal until recently..it began to itch..and sometimes..i can hear my heart beat from my ear..is it infection??..the doctor gave me antibiotics..n advice me to eat it..but i did not..

Hearing the beat in your ear is not necessarily due to infection. If you took just some of the antibiotics and didn't complete the course then it could well be that the infection has returned. You should ALWAYS take the full course of antibiotics as prescribed. I suggest you go back to the doctor and admit that you didn't take the full course, he will then be able to prescribe an appropriate treatment.
PS It would not have laid eggs in your ear!
