Penis problems maybe?
not talking about the frenulum.
The ridge of skin that goes from the scrotum along the underside of the middle of the penis might be what i'm on about?, but basically it doesnt go right along the middle on mine. The scrotum is web like either side of the penis, well one side is extended and comes round to go all the way up the middle of the penis, is this wrong? also the middle has a stretch mark.
