Question: Is it normal for allergies to act up when its cold!?
every since it has been cold, my half of my nose and one part of my eye has been hurting soooo much!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's normal to have your allergy symptoms to become worse when its cold because of the heat being on!. If you are waking up with nasal congestion try using a humidifier in the room where you sleep!. Pressure from congested sinuses could be affecting your eye!.
If it is congestion you can try a few things along with a humidifier!. Try a neti pot!. I have been using a neti pot for 15 yrs or so!. At first look they are kind of freaky but they are perfectly safe and you only use saline, which is a natural substance in the body!. They really help a lot!. Make sure you follow the directions on mixing the saline!. You can pick one up at a health food store, or walgreens pharmacy!.

Another thing to use us a saline gel, such as "ayr" or "simply saline gel" I use this at bedtime and throughout the day to keep my sinuses from getting dry!.
