Blood Blister??????????????????...

Question: Blood Blister!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I popped a bloddy blister I had with a needle and now, more then a week later, my deflated blister is still there!. It's pretty much like a blood red sharpy dot on my skin!. How do I get this off!? It's not dry blood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
