From experience, which foods to avoid if u have hiatus hernia?

Answers:

I have hiatus and the only things I watch out for are very acid things.I eat most foods with no problems, but must not overdo it.. Little and often is the best idea.. Not too much wine and beer. Must run in the family. My brothers have it also.
