Question: Can you get genital herpes from a cold sore (NO SEX)!?
I have noticed that there are some white bumps underneath the base of my penis and to the sides!. There not red and they don't itch!. I have quite a bit of pubic hair!. They are evenly spaced out along this area!. Some have hairs growing out of them!. Are these just ingrown hairs!? I don't know if this has anything to do with it but i have a lot under my armpits!. I get cold sores below my nose and i was wondering if there is any way that the virus could have spread to my genitals!. I have had no sex of any kind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like ingrown hairs or a bacterial infection!.!.!.Do you sweat a lot down there!? My brother had this problem!. He would get all of these little bumps every so often and never knew what it was from!. He later went to the doctor and found out it was just a bad case of folliculitus which was treated and cleared completely!.!.!.!.
Genital herpes usually isn't spread unless sexual or skin-to-skin contact is involved!. The only way I can imagine possible for it to spread unto the genitals is if you were to touch an active cold sore on your face and then immediately touch your genitals!.!.!.but majority of the time, it's not spread that way!.!.!.
