you don't!. as of right now, it's an incurable disease!. you can be put on a a medicinal cocktail which helps with the symptoms and may help slow down the progression into full blown aids, but it will not cure you!. it's very expensive!. besides, i don't believe a word you have typed!. if you were diagnosed, a dr would have told you and your family your options!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
