I forgot "HOW" to breathe normally?!


Question: I forgot "HOW" to breathe normally!?
Ok so last night I had a bit of a panic attack because my sinusitis was getting really bad, I had to put on nasal spray!.!.!.It got a little better BUT the problem is ever since that incident I forgot HOW TO breathe it's so strange I know some of you are proabably thinking (what the!?!?!?) right now but it's true! I don't know If it's because Im concentrating too hard on my breathing that I'm worrying that I'm not doing it correctly or maybe I'm not getting enough oxygen I don't know!.!.

I've had a chest x ray before- everything was normal!.
I don't know what's going on It feels very strange when I exhale!.!.!.like I can't exhale completely!.!.!.

I'm worried !!

omgsh i thought i was the only one who is like that sometimes!.
i firgured out why it happens,
it because youre trying to hard and concentrating on breathing!.
just keep yourself busy and try not to think about the breathing and you should be fine=]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bare in mind that if you got to the point where you nearly fall unconcious from 'forgetting how to breathe' so to speak!.!.!. You're body will automatically make you take a massive breath! (Which is why you can't hold your breath to death - it rhymes haha)

Dont breathe just let your body take over your lungs by concentrating on something else!.

Like read a book, listen to some music!.

Or you could just hold your breath and like that your body will make you start breathing on your own

Or get a small oxygen tank!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's ok, the same thing happens to me frequently and it is very annoying!. Just try to do something that will take your focus off of it so you won't think about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like anxiety to me!. Just try to stay clam, and find a way to relax!. Anxiety attacks can be scary I have had them before!. They are brought on by stress!. You should talk to your doctor about anxiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Umm, there is a diagnosis for that!. Its a shutdown of the brain ( the most likely cause) but it could be anything to nerve shutdown to a tumor!. but you need to see a doctor ASAP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
