I take Lyrica for foot neuropathy and it does help some. The trick with Lyrica is you have to start it off in very small doses and build up to your maintance dose for a time period of several weeks. I have seen way too many people being started on 75 mg and all it does is keep them pretty much knocked out and spacy. I started off on 35mg and built up to 75 very gradually and had no problems with it. Good luck and I hope this helped.
