Best cat for someone allerigic?
i am allergic to cats, but am seriously considering getting one. are there any types that are less allergy-prone? and any suggestions on how to manage my allergies (i dont want to take shots)

Hairless cats are not as hypoallergenic as once believed, so be careful in going that route. It is not really the hair we are allergic to, rather the saliva. And cats lick everything.
Living with a cat when you have allergies can be horrible. There are some products like shampoos and so forth that help. However, if your allergy is even mildly moderate, they wont work very well.
