My head has been hurting for 3 days now,all over.It is not my sinuses.What could!


Question:

My head has been hurting for 3 days now,all over.It is not my sinuses.What could be wrong?

pain pills do not help.light and sound does not bother me.No fever.I am eating good and I am drinking plenty of water.
I also have some water retenion in my legs.
