The best treatment of dyshydrosis is to make sure you use plenty of hand lotion after hand washing. Soap removes fat from the hands, so that worsens the condition. You must use plenty of hand lotion and rub for at least 30 seconds to get the lotion into the skin. Allergy medication and anti itching medication also helps.
If all else fails, prescription strength steroid cream is used. Go see a dermatologist.
However, if your rash is from other causes, steroid cream may be harmful.
