PLEASE HELP: those with asthma could you answer this?!

Question: PLEASE HELP: those with asthma could you answer this!?
ok i have had an illness thing for over 3 weeks and am getting better now, like the flu!.

but since i got it everytime i play sport i find it difficult breathing
i have:

tightness e!.g i cannot breathe in as far!.
feeling of constriction
i cough alot while playing

it happens when i over exert myself e!.g when my heart races!.
and it is very difficult to kind of slow my breathing down when its tight!.
i can still breathe obviously its just a major contrast to usual!.

yet when i relax after it has happened my breathing feels better than ever and i can play again with no trouble for about 10 mins, until it comes around again!. i think it could be asthma but i dont know!.

i am goin 2 the doc in a week but i have some serious sport which i must attend!.

so how can i lessen the effects of this with out an inhaler or whatever as my coach thinks i am unfit!.

should i just use my friends inhaler before the match!?!?
or is there anything i can do!?!?

please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

To me it sounds like you are developing a bit of asthma, my guess is it is probably exercise induced asthma!. But all in all it is not a good thing to mess around with problems like this because if is it asthma it can to an extent become deadly!.

But please you say this happens during sports and then you cool down and go again well i think until you get some medications or at least figure out what is going on you need to give your lungs a break because if you don' t and it acts up again chances are it could become worse and could even continue when your not playing a sport!.

Caffeine works to open the lungs during an attack so maybe drink some tea or coffee before the game!. But other than that all i can suggest is go to a doctor, get diagnosed, and get medications to help!.

Hope this helps :) get better soon :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

My son developed asthma after having bronchitis!. Its no playing matter!. I would strongly recommend you visiting a doctor sooner!. They will give you your own inhaler and whatever else they find necessary!. Exerting yourself in sports or by running, is not something I would recommend!. It could get to the point where you have attacks even while not playing or exerting yourself!. Your lungs need time to heal!. Talk to your doctor soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are getting asthma or just your bodys still working off the sickness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
