Angiolipomas are benign neoplasm composed of a mixture of adipose tissue(meaning fat tissues) and blood vessels. Yeah, they are harmless since they do not spread or metastasize to other parts of the body unlike malignant neoplasms.. but, proper treatment is also necessary....
