Well, that depends. Are you sexually active? If so, get thee to a doctor ASAP! If not, then it's probably due to the area not drying enough after you bathe.
Make sure you pull the skin back and dry it properly every time you shower. You can use something topical like hydrocortisone to help it heal. If it persists then you need to see a doctor. If it STILL persists, you might think about getting circumsized. I'm not saying that you should- being uncircumsized is just fine- but if it's a medical problem then it's an option to consider.
