Stomach and chest tightness...weird feeling when swallowing?

i woke up 1 morning feeling tightness in my abdomen and chest area near my throat.....i took doxycycline 100 mg before i when to sleep for my acne...the doctor said this is bad for the stomach and i have a history of having gastric flu...but i did eat b4 eating the pill...but i tink the pill is expired coz i dint take it regulary..when i eat n drink my food does go down but a feel a weird sensation at my throat after the food goes down and i choked once while eating...n stomach feels wierd i dunno if i feel hungry ornt sometimes and its nt the normal gastric flu symtoms wats happening?

I am allergic to doxycycline and the symtpms are very similar...stop taking it and talk to the doctor asap!
