Question: I have an uncontrollable shake in my right hand when I hold things!.!.!? !?
My hand is fine whenever I'm not holding anything, but if I'm holding anything (other than a pen/pencil/paintbrush) my right hand and arm shake uncontrollably!.
It's been doing it for a few months now!. I've been doing special exercise targeted to gaining strength in your hands, but it seems to only have gotten worse!. Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
That's true about the Bananas and low potassium levels!. Also if you work on the computer for an extended length of time, it's possibly Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, based on the weak grip strength!. You should check with your physician though!.
Good Luck, ;-)
