Question: Diet for heart patient!?
My father had gone through heart operations 5months back, but he had suffered from Hypetitis at stage G and got treatment from hospital , and my father completely became weak and also has diabetitis, suggest him any diet in order to become strong his age is 54Www@Answer-Health@Com

He should eat mostly green vegetables and fish fro lunch and dinner!. For breakfast, he should eat oatmeal and blueberries!. Oatmeal lowers cholesterol!. When he gets tired of oatmeal, he can eat egg whites, but not the yolk, it has too much cholesterol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
