I get one every year due to other health problems!.So far so good !.I recommend people in high risk should also get one so the flu does not spread to much to a pandemic of sorts!.Now you may still get a flu of sorts but it will not be as bad as without the flu shots!.Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is by no means a precise science, so though you may be immune to a few predicted strains, unexpected flu strain outbreaks are still possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I got one this yea, but then I am in one of the groups that are considered to be especially vulnerable to the flu (people with chronic heart problems, lounge diseases like asthma, anyone 65+ years old, and anyone with diabetes) plus I got really sick and almost had to be hospitalized last yer!.
It's worked well for me so far, I'm still healthy and the flu shot was a lot less of a problem than I thought it would be!. I am the kind who gets sick after every single vaccine because my immune system is too weak to handle anything thrown my way, but I didn't get sick from the flu shot, so I hope that's a good sign!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, flu shots are most advantages for the elderly and those that are immune deficient!. Although many people get them annually, just as many healthy individuals choose not to!. I myself prefer to let my own body do the work, there are new strains of virus each year that the shots don't protect us from anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have never had the jab!. But I hear that once you do have it you often get the flu!. Which defeats the purpose of the jab!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
