Causes of bad skin problems?!

Question:

Causes of bad skin problems?

my son has had jsut about every skin problem you can think of...

from the time he hit puberty he has had severe acne, blackheads, lots of moles, flaky skin, weird colorations and blemishes on the skin, oily scalp, warts, cysts, bald spots in his facial hair, etc, etc...

yet he had none of them when he was a child....

i just find all these things to be very suspicious....does he just have bad luck>>> or is there an internal cause of all these?? something isn't right on the inside which is causing this?? chemically?? hormonally???

i appreciate your opinions.....he has shattered self esteem...

Answers:

Sorry to hear that your son has such bad skin problems.

Luckily there's a simple solution to all of them. One that's cheap and effective and doesn't involve any drugs.

To be honest I only have experience of acne, but research and common sense says that most skin problems have similar origins.

You are right suspecting that your son's skin problems have an internal cause. The full explanation is quite lengthy so I'll just give you a heavily summarized version.

Acne and other skin problems are a sing that your son's body is in a state of imbalance. This imbalance disrupts hormonal balance, suppresses the immune system and creates other havoc. There is no single cause for this imbalance and it's different for all the people. But it's usually a result of a combination of these:

- unhealthy diet
- lack of exercise
- exposure to chemicals and pollution
- stress and negative mental attitude

Once you know the source the solution becomes obvious.

The only thing your son has to do is to bring his body back into healthy balance.

This is really nothing more than a recipe for healthy living:

- diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables
- regular exercise
- maintain positive attitude
- limit exposure to chemicals and pollution

We have forgotten the simple truth that what's good for our health is also good for our skin. Once your son has fixed the underlaying health issues you can expect all the skin problems to vanish on their own.
